This course focuses on core skills that is fundamental to bookbinding.
You will be amazed at what you can achieve and learn in a couple of hours.
Take folding and cutting to a new level, when we challenge your creativity by making innovative books and paper structures.
Through the process of making these book structure designs, you learn important techniques that will get you on your bookbinding journey in no time.

Tools you will need:
A paper cutting knife (straight-blade)
Materials you will need:
10 Pieces A3 paper (at least 80gsm)
10 sheets of assorted decorative paper (better quality, non glossy wrapping paper is fine)
Closing date for those requiring materials delivery in the Sydney Metro area is 4 days before commencement of class.
Tool and Materials options
A full materials pack couriered out to you, free post. (no tools except needles)
Select your own individual Premium tools or standard tool for purchase as necessary.
Should you choose to gather your own tools and materials, please ensure that all tools and materials are on hand within easy reach during the workshop. You will be expected to have everything on the list, or improvised at your own responsibility.
This is a technical workshop. The workshop requires a certain level of capability and confidence in using sharp instruments and being able to follow verbal instructions is expected.
No refunds for Online workshops once commenced. A Zoom link shall be sent out to you a few days before. We shall start gathering students 10 minutes before the workshop. Lateness shall not be accommodated.
