This little booklet is made with the traditional technique of Bookbinding. You will learn to cut, fold and sew a single section book, then cover it with book cloth or decorative paper.
In an hours and a half of making you'll create a perfect A5 Traditional Hardcover Booklet.
Date: 21st September
Tools you will need:
A paper cutting knife (straight-blade)
Magazines for waste paper
Materials you will need:
24 sheet A4 paper (at least 110gsm) long grain, folds down to A5
1 A3 size Book Board
1 x A3 Book cloth
1 x A3 Decorative paper
Closing date for booking for those requiring materials delivery in the Sydney Metro areas is 4 days before class commences.

A full materials pack couriered out to you, free post (no tools except needles).
Select individual Premium tools or standard tool for purchase as necessary.
Should you choose to gather your own tools and materials, please ensure that all tools and materials are on hand within easy reach during the workshop. You will be expected to have everything on the list, or improvised at your own responsibility.
This is a technical workshop. Not for the very Beginners. Some cutting and folding skills required.
No refunds for Online workshops once commenced. A Zoom link shall be sent out to you a few days before. We shall start gathering students 10 minutes before the workshop. Lateness shall not be accommodated.
