Join us for another series of weekly binding. Learn some seriously beautiful stitching designs and create a small 'rainbow book' to add to your expanding library week-by-week.
Come for one day or attend all the sessions. Each session shall focus on a different stitch, using a different coloured leather and waxed thread.
Don't be deceived by the simplicity of these books. They are the gateway to accumulating knowledge of many different types of sewing techniques.
For continuing students (those who book two classes or more) enjoy a special course fee of $100 (workshop only) or $130 (with materials)

Closing date for those requiring materials delivery in the Sydney Metro area is 4 days before commencement of class.
Materials in your Bookbinding Kit:
1 skin of veg tan leather
White or coloured thick waxed linen thread

A full materials pack couriered out to you, free post (no tools except needles).
Select individual Premium tools or standard tool for purchase as necessary.
Should you choose to gather your own tools and materials, please ensure that all tools and materials are on hand within easy reach during the workshop. You will be expected to have everything on the list, or improvised at your own responsibility.
This workshop booking is for one person only. Additional participants must book in individually, regardless of household arrangement or age.
This is a technical workshop. Anyone with some sewing experience is welcome. The workshop requires a certain level of capability and confidence in using sharp instruments and being able to follow verbal instructions is expected.
No refunds for Online workshops once commenced or when materials have been posted out. A Zoom link shall be sent out to you a few days before. We shall start gathering students 10 minutes before the workshop. Lateness shall not be accommodated.
