There are many variations of beautiful stitch designs to choose from and you will work with the best of materials. We are tempting you to come and be amazed at what you can achieve within a few hours work.
There are many ways to elaborate on the simple multiple sections stitch binding. This class concentrates on a decorative criss cross stitch pattern. Don't be deceived by the simplicity of this design, the technique promises a small challenge with beautiful result.
The books will be sewn with linen thread onto a beautiful piece of vegetable dyed Kangaroo skin leather, with 100gsm cream art paper inserts, finished with a decorative tie.
During this class you will:
• Fold and collate papers
• Learn to sew a decorative stitch onto leather.
• Learn to finish with a decorative tie
