Welcome to our first event day for the Wild Binders! This is the first class in our series of fundamental bindings techniques, it is also a day of relax specialised learning. If you are not part of our club, you are still able to join us for this class.

If you have admired all our beautiful gold finished leather books and would like to re-bind a library for yourself one day, then you must start from the beginning.

Take a favourite book, in paperback edition, join us for a step-by-step workshop to turn your paperback into a hardback in no time at all.

Using traditional bookbinding techniques to make a cover with specialty book cloth and marbled papers, you will learn to prepare your book for binding and measure and cut your boards to fit your book precisely.

Your book will look professional and be beautifully finished. Everyone is welcome to submit their book titles to me via email beforehand, so that I am able to block a label for your book in gold foil on leather.

Please have a paperback or a set of paperback if you think you are quick for the class.

This event precede one later in the year when we move onto covering a sewn book in quarter bound leather.
