A new series building on last year’s fantastic Paper Bindings sessions. This year, we’ll be working with beautiful papers, gorgeous shades of ribbons, and fun fabrics. You can take one class or join them all; by the end of the year, you’ll have a beautiful collection of books. Booking is now open, and photographs and more information will be coming soon.
This book blends the traditional Dutch binding technique with the elegance of Japanese design, creating a truly distinctive bookbinding style. Drawing inspiration from both Japanese and Dutch aesthetics, it combines minimalism, precision, and functionality to craft a book that is as visually striking as it is practical.
Please Note:
This workshop is suitable for those who have taken at least one or wo beginner workshop with us.
This is a technical workshop, and participants should be comfortable using sharp instruments and able to follow verbal instructions.
Enthusiasm for bookmaking and sewing is essential, and a certain level of capability and confidence is expected.
Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided in abundance—because they’re essential!
All materials and tools will be supplied.
Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking, as refunds are not permitted for change of mind.
