Dive into Book Art Day, a fun and friendly workshop where printing and bookmaking come together.
Create patterns and prints through a series of creative prompts from the teacher, then learn to cut, fold and stitch your designs into imaginative book structures that explore movement, expansion and transformation.
You’ll finish the day with a small collection of intriguing creative books, ready to inspire further creativity and experimentation.
Please Note
This workshop is suitable for beginners with basic crafting skills such as cutting, folding, and measuring.
No prior experience is required, but confidence in using sharp instruments and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Beginner 1.01 and 1.02 does not have to be taken in sequence as each class teaches different techniques.
All materials, tools, tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided.
Anyone 14+ is welcome, however, if you are under 18, please bring an adult who will also take the class.
