WILD BINDERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2024

Join our Wild Binders Club, with membership limited to 50 places a year.

At Owl & Lion Bindery, we believe in the power of practice. That's why we offer our members the opportunity to continue honing their bookbinding skills after completing a course/workshop. You can join us for refresher sessions anytime, as many times as you like, for the particular course you have already taken, for free—just pay a standard $50 materials fee for each session. For those joining online, materials fee is $50 + $10 postage.

Why the materials fee? It ensures everyone in the class uses the same quality materials, maintaining consistency and ease.

There are two members meet-up per month. Print Factory for Artists’ Books and printmaking. Restore and Restoration and Open Binders for your own project work.

As a member, you'll also enjoy access to private mentoring via email. Send us all your bookbinding questions, from sourcing materials to seeking additional guidance post-course. We're here to help with anything book-related—but unfortunately, no life advice requests. Our philosophy? "If you're ever in doubt, just bind a book."

• Membership is not transferable.

• Remember this is NOT a specific teaching workshop/class/course.

• No refund or exchange for change of mind.

• Membership is for one year starting on the 1/4/2024 to 1/4 2025. Joining any other time calculated at $5 per month.

• Booking onto a course as a refresher is non-refundable, so choose carefully!

• You can only book into a workshop as a ‘refresher Wild Binder member’ if you have taken the exact same course once before.

•  Booking onto free programmed workshops are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or postponed.

• We have the right to refuse and/or cancel membership on any grounds.
